Android dev console not updating
Make sure you add our in the manifest file for your app so the SDK can collect it.What if my Install Referrer is not working/racking properly?Note: Braze is in the process of sunsetting formal support for the Eclipse IDE as Google is sunsetting support for the Eclipse Android Developer Tools Plugin. If you need assistance with your Eclipse integration prior to migration please email Support for assistance. The Web View will auto-update for mobile devices with Android L and above.
Since Android 4.4 (Kit Kat), the Web View component is based on the Chromium open source project. If you are currently using URLs to load files from a content provider in your application, note that these URLs only work when accessed from local content. The Chrome Apps platform isn't yet supported on Android. If you are explicitly disabling it for older versions of Android you should try enabling it for Kit Kat based devices and see if it improves performance. That is, web content hosted outside your application is not allowed to access files built into your application. Web Views now include an updated version of the V8 Java Script engine and support for modern web standards previously missing in old Web Views.New Webviews also share the same rendering engine as Chrome for Android, so rendering should be much more consistent between the Web View and Chrome.
In Android 5.0 (Lollipop), the Web View has moved to an APK so it can be updated seperately to the Android platform.
